Ziggy IPTV for LG webOS TV. Last updated: 3 October 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Fazal Subhan (trading as Ziggy IPTV), 39 Oakdale Drive, WF9 2FA, United Kingdom ("we", "us") for the use of the Ziggy IPTV application. By installing or using the app you accept them. Contact: support@ziggyiptv.app.
Ziggy IPTV is a media player for LG televisions. It contains no channels, films or series, and we are not an IPTV provider. The app is useless on its own: it plays content from a service you already subscribe to, using details that service gave you.
We have no relationship with any IPTV provider, we do not endorse or check any of them, and we have no control over what any of them carries, whether it works, or whether it is lawful where you live.
You are responsible for the service you connect the app to and for everything you watch through it. You confirm that you are entitled to use the service whose details you enter, and that doing so is lawful where you are. You must not use the app to access content you have no right to access.
We may stop supporting the app, or decline to supply a licence, if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully.
The app is free to use in full for 7 days from the day it is first opened on a television. After that it requires a one-off payment of £11.99 to continue, which unlocks the app on that television permanently.
There is no subscription and nothing recurring. We will never charge you again for the same television. Payment is taken by Stripe; their terms apply to the transaction itself.
A licence is tied to one television. Replacing or resetting a television may require a new activation; write to us and we will usually transfer it.
The trial exists so that you can decide before paying, and we recommend you use it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and get a refund. By activating immediately after paying you ask us to begin supply at once, and you may lose that right once supply has begun — but in practice, if you ask within 14 days and the app has not worked for you, we will refund you. Write to support@ziggyiptv.app.
We try to keep the licence service running, but we do not promise the app or that service will always be available. The app continues to work for a period if our server cannot be reached, so a short outage will not lock you out of something you paid for.
We may update the app. Updates are distributed through the LG Content Store and may change or remove features.
The app is supplied as it is. We do not promise it will work with every IPTV provider, every stream format or every television, that playback will be uninterrupted, or that any particular content will be available. Streaming quality depends on your provider and your internet connection, neither of which is ours.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. You can erase everything it holds from Settings → Data → Clear all app data.
We may end this agreement if you breach it materially — in particular, if you use the app unlawfully or attempt to circumvent the licence.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
How the app handles information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
